“My mantra in life has always been, ‘Slow and steady.’ Oftentimes, I have felt overwhelmed by the idea of change, but when I slow down, take a breath, and take the first tiny steps of my journey, that’s when progress happens. My hope is to be that cheerleader for you as you set out on your own incredible journey.”

Michaele’s Areas of Focus

Michaele offers both in-person and virtual therapy in Washington.

About Michaele

Michaele believes a partnership between therapist and client is essential to foster a collaborative environment of healing, growth, and empowerment. Additionally, she feels an open and curious mind is necessary for a client to feel validated and safe. Michaele is also interested in addiction and recovery work.

With a commitment to children’s mental health, Michaele brings more than 10 years of volunteer experience mentoring and tutoring children of all ages. She understands young people face many challenges today and is dedicated to helping them build resilience, confidence, and emotional awareness.

In addition to therapy, Michaele writes and illustrates children’s books that feature fun and playful characters who go on personal journeys of learning and growth. She is passionate about art and storytelling and aims to bring her creative background to connect with young clients in warm and imaginative ways.

She enjoys spending time in the mountains with her family, especially her two hilarious children. She can also be found in her art studio, crafting her next children’s book.
