Tom Freeman provides a safe, nurturing environment to address those issues that are holding you back in life

Tom Freeman has been working with children and adults in creative modalities for over twenty-five years.  He most recently served as the Director of Programs at The Healing Center, a grief support community in Seattle. There, he coordinated adult, teen and children’s programs, served as liaison to area schools, facilitated grief groups, and provided individual counseling.  Tom’s therapeutic approach builds upon the holistic recognition that good mental health is directly informed by good physical health.

Tom is also certified in Lifespan Integration (LI), which is a gentle, body-based method of healing trauma. Tom has also trained extensively in Clinical Hypnosis and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.

Tom Freeman maintains professional affiliations with the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, the Washington Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, and the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis.
